New Manager for Kidz Need Dadz CharitableTrust in Auckland

 We are seeking a new Manager for our Henderson Office in Auckland. We want a Manager to expand and grow the current Kidz Need Dadz operations in Auckland. We want to continue to offer support services for Dads as well as provide our KidzKare service of supervised contact for families to stay connected through some challenging times. 

We are offering the opportunity to build your own team and continue to deliver much needed services for Dads and their whanau. 

Role: Full time permanent

Location:  based in Henderson, Auckland

 We need someone who can: 

• Share our vision for an expanded reputable service in Henderson and then in the future, in other centres in the Auckland region

• Appoint and manage a new team to deliver the services 

• Continue to grow and improve our new KidzKare Supervised Contact Service in Auckland

• Work with our other KND managers based in other regions, who will be supportive and share their skills and knowledge 

You need to have: 

• A will to take on this challenge to provide greater community support for Auckland dads 

• Previous management experience with NFP or related community-focused organisation  

• The skills to build, lead and develop a new team to deliver our services 

• Previous fundraising skills and be able to manage the budget

• Some experience/understanding of the Family Court process
